My Review:  I wasn't sure about this product at all.  I have a very picky body, where my bowel movements are regular just not as often as my husband.  I have always felt that my body takes FOREVER to digest any food, and have struggled with weight gain/ weight loss for years.  I know Aloe Vera is a very good natural plant that helps with digestion.  And have taken it in pill and liquid form over the past 2 years.  But that alone wasn't helping me.  So when I got this product I figured why not give it a try.  My body would only reject it if it didn't work.  During the first 2 weeks of testing it I wasn't really seeing any changes, nothing happened that I could see.  I felt better after taking it, but I wasn't seeing any other changes.  Then in my third week of testing I broke out in hives.  I wasn't sure if it was from this product or a new food I ate the previous day.  But the hives came on instantly and lasted for 5 days before finally going away.  It was very nerve wrecking!  So I had my husband start taking this while I stopped everything to get rid of the hives.  He LOVES this product.  He feels so good when taking it, and he remembers to take it after each meal.  He feels a HUGE difference when he takes it versus not taking it.  He wants to make sure we have this in our house from now on.  He feels like it has really helped him with his weight loss goals.  Once the hives left my body I slowly started taking Rez Vera again, but only after my nightly meal.  I haven't broken out in hives again, so I'm guessing it was the new food I ate.  But please be mindful of how your body reacts to anything you ingest into your body.   So since then I have really noticed a huge difference as well.  I don't feel bloated any more, I don't feel constipated anymore when I take this consistently, I feel my stomach is really digesting my food better now!

My Review: I have tried many different types of colon cleanses, when I'm constipated, when I'm sluggish, when I'm sick, when I've eaten junk food, when I've had too much bread.  The colon cleanses that work the best are easy, gentle, "super", because its a higher concentration, herbal, organic, all natural.  Will's General Super Colon Cleanse is all of those.  It works quickly, it is strong enough to clean you out, without causing after affects, or diarrhea.  I say it works quickly, it will work within 24 hours.  My husband takes this only at night and is cleaned out every morning.  I have to take it in the morning and at night to get it to work for me.  Eating enough digestive fiber helps as well.  The first time my husband took this, he was burping up its herbs and getting sick to his stomach, so make sure you drink with enough water, to avoid that discomfort.  I have not had any negative side affects or burping because I do drink 10-14 oz of water or liquid when I take this, especially at night.  Any type of pill/ capsule especially a colon cleanse may or may not work for everyone, it all depends on your body and how often you go in the first place.  I do recommend this product, but if it doesn't work, contact the company, they are great to work with, and get their suggestions.

My Rating: This is the second Yacon product/ dietary supplement that I have tried in my life time.  Between these two products there are many differences.  This Yacon syrup is truly a syrup consistency, thick, dark in color, sweet smelling, and reminds me a lot of molasses. So if you like molasses then you'll have no issues taking this product.  I on the other hand do not like molasses and so really had to force myself to take this. However when I was taking this product I really felt good.  My metabolism was faster, I was digesting my food better and more often, my bowels were more regulated.  So there are some very important benefits for having this product being a constant dietary supplement.  However like anything you take for your health consult a doctor before taking to make sure it will be beneficial to you.  To be honest I was taking it daily for a while, then we started going out of town a lot during one of my reviewing months and I stopped taking it, and now as I write this review, I remember that I had stopped and am now remembering the good benefits that I got from taking this, so as I prepare to head out of town again, I'm planning on taking this with me so I can have those nice benefits again.

My Review:  The above disclaimer is something that I have to put in this product review so that I can submit this product review to Tomoson, but in this instance it is incorrect.  I did not receive a product from this company at all, so I was unable to test, try and honestly review this product.  However from the information that I have received from this company's website below is what I can honestly give you as my readers. This is just an infomercial as I have not received or tested this product.  Going onto their website that gives you all the information about this product, I was not impressed.  There is a lack of details, about the product, a lack of benefits of the product, and a lack of being able to follow the buttons on their website that are supposed to allow you to buy their product directly from amazon via a link on their website.  If you try and contact the company they do not respond, so their customer service is not very good either.

My Review:  This is the second time in my life that I have tried Krill Oil as my Omega 3 oils.  I have taken fish oil my whole life, and with my earliest memory being when I was in middle school I have about 20 years of different types of fish oil brands, omega 3 brands under my belt of taking these.  Most have fishy after tastes that you burp up multiple times after taking your suggested daily dose.  I have had some brands that smell fishy but have no fishy after taste, and everything in between.  Number One Nutrition Omega 3 Krill Oil is a medium sized soft gel that is super easy to take, easy to swallow, but it smells even worse than most fishy smelling fish oils.  However, if you can get past that smell these soft gels are the best that I've ever taken.  My normal fish oil soft gels are horse sized, and I have to take 2 daily, with no fishy smell, and a slight fishy after taste that you burp up.  However, to be honest, I don't mind taking this super smelly Omega 3 Krill Oil because there is no fishy after taste, even if you take these with no food.  That is the first time I've experienced this type of dietary supplement before.  In my mind that is impressive.  Like all vitamins or minerals, dietary supplements, you don't see them working instantly, your body needs the time to ingest, fill up, use and absorb before you will see results.  And with fish oils/ Omega 3's you don't really see the results right away and sometimes not at all until you go to the doctor.  I like how my body feels, I'm glad I am giving my body the essential fatty acids it needs, and I'm finding my body feeling better and healthier when I take Krill oil.  So in this sense I will recommend this product.

Pros: easy to swallow, no fishy after taste you burp up, medium-small soft gels, high potency of krill oil in each daily serving.

Cons: smells like rotten dead fish (super strong smelling)

My Review:  Vitamin D is very important to women who need calcium way more than men do.  However, many women aren't recieving the correct amount of Vitamin D their bodies need to absorb calcium, help their bones, and teeth that they need because their bodies aren't absorbing enough Vitamin D.  I have read studies that say to go outside for up to 30 minutes without sunscreen to absorb pure Vitamin D.  However not everyone can absorb enough Vitamin D in that short amount of time, and usually any time after 30 minutes in the sun, sun burns start.  I have personally asked my doctor how much of both Vitamin D and Calcium my body needs, and I was getting half or less than what my body needed.  So I got a good all natural vitamin due that has both calcium and vitamin D in high potencies.  However  to get what my doctor recommended I was supposed to swallow 4 huge horse pills daily.  A task that usually went undone than done because I am not one for giant horse pills.

When I saw this product, and that the amount or potency of the Vitamin D was higher than taking those 4 giant horse pills I knew I needed to check it out.  What luck!  These soft gels are tiny, easy to take, and you get more for your money.  I am very glad to have found this product, now to find a calcium that's similar and I'll be set.  But I don't mind taking 2-3 small calcium pills so the Vitamin D3 is absorbed into my body and my body gets the amount of calcium it needs too.  I highly recommend this product!

My Review:  I have a long history of Apple Cider Vinegar.  See my whole family drinks it in shots because they can handle that potency.  I am not like that, I am more likely to vomit if that comes near my nose not to mention my mouth.  Despite the great benefits that this wonderful little health item gives our bodies I haven't been able to benefit because I can't handle the liquid strength.  However, when I was in collage one summer I got lucky and found a company that sold apple cidar vinegar in tablet forms that you swallow.  This was perfect, I took them daily for 2 weeks because that's the amount of tablets in the bottle, I felt great, looked great and was totally amazed at the benefits of this Apple Cider Vinegar.  But I couldn't find anything similar for a really long time, I'm talking 8 years of searching within my budget of course.  Well when I saw Elite Gold Solutions Apple Cider Vinegar in capsule form I jumped at the chance to try them.  I already know what to expect, I have seen those same results.  I'm excited to have found Apple Cider Vinegar in a form that I can handle.  My hair looks great, my body feels better, and it really helps with digestion and detoxification.  I am highly recommending this product!

My Review:  About a month ago I started using this product in combination with Garcinia Cambogia Advanced.  They are a paired dietary supplement for weight loss and all that comes with loosing weight, gaining energy and such.  For the Slender Cleanse Advanced it says to take one capsule twice daily 30 minutes before your meal.  I have to be honest, this isn't the first time I've taken a weight loss pill 30 minutes before a meal, but usually its before every meal, not just two, so I was pretty skeptical on if it would be strong enough to do something positive for my body.  These products are suggested for men and women who need to loose 10 lbs or more.  Its also claimed that you should notice weight loss within the first week, and if you loose more than the recommended safe loss of lbs in one week to stop taking this product pair.  For me personally I had a hard time remembering to take this because I didn't take it for breakfast, I needed it for lunch and dinner.  So that wasn't a good start.  between this product and the Garcinia Cambogia Advanced, the positive things that I noticed are these: I wasn't as hungry at each meal so I ate less per sitting, I ate more often but smaller portions, things flowed smoothly in the digestive area which does help with weight loss.  The negatives that I noticed is that I didn't loose weight (maybe a pound or two, but not enough to swear by these products), and I woke up starving to the point of nausea which isn't good.

At the same time I honestly feel like I didn't give my best to this product review, but because of a deadline I needed to post a review.  So what I'm going to do is continue to use this product, more diligently because I really do want to see weight loss going on in my body. In a couple of weeks I'll come back and post my results.  In fact I'm going to start today! Wish me luck on this journey, as I really focus as much as I can on taking this product the way it is supposed to be taken, so that I do get positive results.  I would love to come back and say I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks or 3 weeks.

My Review: I have never tried this product before, so to get to use this for a month to test, try and review was very good for me.  The fact that this is a capsule helps me take it better than if it was a pill or tablet.  I usually took them after dinner shortly before bedtime.  I used it for a week or two and didn't see a difference, so I stopped taking it for another week.  I didn't feel different, so I started taking it again, and was able to notice more this second time.  What I found when I take this: I eat less at one time (meaning I get full quicker), I am hungrier more often (so I eat smaller meals more often), I wake up starving.  This was a paired set of dietary supplements with Slender Cleanse Advanced from the same company.  So to be honest I'm not sure which of these changes or symptoms that I just mentioned are because of the Garcinia Cambogia. I know that I didn't loose any weight, but I did feel better, things flowed smoother, and I ate less in one sitting than I normally would have which I see a a positive change.  Despite this nice change I honestly don't know if its working the way it should, if my body is taking to this or not (I have heard and read that this product, specifically, might and might not work with your body.  Meaning your body might not react positively to this).

So after writing down my own personal experience, it wasn't until I did further research online, that I found out that its actually recommended that this product is taken 30 minutes before a meal 2 times a day.  So I will continue to use this, and actually the way the doctor I found who did this research recommends by taking it 30 minutes before my heavier meals.  And after another few weeks I'll again come back and report what I have found.

Pros: helps with hunger, helps with portion control, helps with digestion flowing smoothly

Cons: didn't notice myself loosing weight, only got one month to test

My Review:  A few years ago, I went to the doctor, and found out that my heart needs extra CoQ10 to keep it functioning properly.  So I regularly take CoQ10 on a daily basis.  I've tried different brands and types of CoQ10, and they have all been a big giant horse pill that I have to swallow.  Not an easy task to perform all the time.  So when I saw this company offers QSpeed, in dissolving tablets I had to try them.  I was a little worried that the product wouldn't taste very good, and so I'd go back to my horse pills (because I'd rather gag one of those down then let something nasty dissolve on my tongue.  I WAS TOTALLY SURPRISED!!!  The orange taste is actually really good, it doesn't have any chalky texture or taste which is a huge plus, and I'm actually remembering on a daily basis to take my vitamins.  I am very impressed with QSpeed, I feel really good when I take it, there is no yucky after taste, or unpleasant churning of your stomach juices.  For people who need to take CoQ10 on a daily basis or need a quick boost before working out, this is the way to go.  Fast, easy, simple to remember, simple to take and seconds later your body had the CoQ10 that it needs.  I highly recommend this product.  I look forwards to seeing more products like this from this company.

My Review: I wasn't sure about this as a moisturizer at all when I first got this product to test and try and review.  The oil isn't your typical oil feel or look.  Its more of a milky white goo that oils your skin without feeling oily to the touch once its rubbed in all the way.  My youngest child and husband have eczema and I wanted to see if this would help their extra dry skin.  I get really dry skin in the summer time so I wanted to see if the Emu oil would help keep my skin soft and smooth.  My hair isn't super dry at the moment, but by the end of the summer I'll need to trim off the dry hair from all the time at the pool and beach.  With all these opportunities to test our this oil, I started right away.  My youngest's eczema isn't getting better by using the oil, but by using this oil he isn't itchy, because his elbow's are so dry.  So I see that as a positive aspect that this Emu oil is actually helping.  My husband didn't like the feel of the oil on his skin so he only used it once.  However I have been using this on my arms (especially my elbows), and on my legs (especially my feet and knees)  I love the way it feels on my skin.  Its not sticky, super oily like baby oil or tanning oil.  It actually rubs in well, absorbs quickly just like they claim, which makes it easy to put on after I shower and my skin be clean and non oily when I put my clothing on.  Because the weather is really nice now, its great to walk around with a little bit of a shine to my legs, making it look like I was just at the beach or out in the sun, which of course is a nice perk.  The best benefit that I have found from using the Emu oil is that my legs aren't as dry as normal, and I can actually shave faster and easier without nicking myself as often.  A huge perk since we go to the pool a lot!  I highly recommend this product.

My Review: My husband got to try this out.  We've been told by multiple people that when using a neti pot, to use purified water, or boiled water so that it doesn't burn when using.  My husband learned the hard way that warm water works way better than room temperature water.  He said when he used the neti pot, that he  felt like he was drowning, and had to concentrate on breathing through his mouth.  He said the first time, he got a headache afterwards, but the more he tried it, the better it got.  He said of the things more natural that he used for his allergies, this was a good choice.

My Review: This is product review 4 of 5 of a set of allergy products from Puritan's Pride.  I love essential oils.  They are so helpful, great for staying healthy.  Over the past 3 years I've used a mixture of Lavender and Spearmint essential oil to clear my sinuses.  It burned just a bit, but it worked great every time I used it.  So having essential oil that I can bathe in, or massage myself with when I'm under the weather, and or having allergy issues this is perfect.  The only issue is that I can only use this when my husband isn't around, because his nose is so sensitive to scents that anything strong (whether he likes the scent or not) irritates his nose.  What I have found that is if you mix the essential oil with Epsom salt its a great bath soaking solution.   Any aches or pains will be washed away...literally.  I recommend this product.

Details: From Puritan's Pride: Clear Lungs Chinese herbal formula, dietary supplement. 120 vegetarian capsules per bottle.  Clear Lungs is a unique blend of Chinese herbs that helps maintain free breathing, keep airways open and mucus levels normal.  Ridge Crest Herbals makes many natural formulas for specific health needs.  2 capsules per serving.  Adults and children ages 12 and over take 2 capsules every 4-8 hours as needed to maintain healthy lung function.  Results are usually felt within hours, and increase with continued use.  Clear lung herbal blend: dong quai root, ophiopogon root, poria fungal body, Chinese asparagus root, gardenia fruit, luo han guo fruit, and others).

My Review: This is product review number 3 of 5 for Allergy products Puritan's Pride sells.  This is the only product I have not been able to use.  My husband's allergies don't affect mucus in his lungs.  He doesn't cough out stuff so, he didn't feel like taking a pill, even though it is a natural product, that he didn't need.  I also didn't need to take it either.  As this helps clear your lungs, I will hold onto this product until the next time we get sick, specifically when we get mucus in our lungs and are coughing up stuff, and see how this works to help us breathe better because our lungs will be cleared.

As I was unable to try this product, I can not recommend this, nor can I not recommend this product.  W hat I will do instead, is tell you about my family and their testimonies for Puritan Pride products.  My In-Laws have been using Puritan Pride products: vitamins, minerals, medicine for when they are sick, as well as products like Chia seeds, acai berry weight loss products and more.  They've been using these products for decades.  They do not shop anywhere else for any of these types of products.  They love the quality, quantity they can get during the buy 2 get 3 free type of sales.  My Grandma (In-Law) just turned 90.  She spent her 90th birthday week in the hospital with liquid in her lungs and heart. The doctor at the hospital wanted to put her on 3-4 different heart medicines, and some other antibiotics aside from the ones she was getting via IVS.  But her personal doctor who has been working with her told her she doesn't need them, but to keep using her Puritan Pride products that she takes.  Everyone thought she would get pneumonia, but she didn't.  I feel like because of her belief in her vitamins, her Co-Q10, her fish oil, and what ever other dietary supplements she takes from Puritan Pride helped her not get worse.
