| On the Middle and ring finger nails, put one even coat of Sinful Colors: Hottie |

| Last coat: over the dried Sinful Color coat, add 1 coat of the Matte Finish. |
You may ask why on most of my glitter nail designs I usually put the Matte finish over top. Well, glitter is really fun, young girls, teens, college girls, career women, and even mature adult women love glitter, but it may look too immature for some aged women to wear it. So by Matting the finish of the glitter, you still get the beautiful sparkly affect but more mature looking!
Blue is one color I have never had on my nails:) Not that blue anyway. It looks good. I can't use nailpolish so often because of the job I got. It's a shame cause I do like it. My toes do often have color on them:)
